A Special Poem from South Africa

Our affiliate office in South Africa sent us this amazing poem that a student wrote to thank Samaritan’s Feet for the gift of shoes. Check out her sweet poem and photo below.

Washing the feet
of a child in need
with heart to spread hope
helping the helpless cope.

Now the feet won’t be bare
as Samaritan’s Feet has blessed them with a pair
of shoes to wear.

Bonding with the impoverished
by knowing their dreams
reassuring that they can get there
As their big dreams should never scare.

The benevolent people from Samaritan’s Feet does all this
having no duty to do so,
they choose to reach out
to help many souls
that’s what a Good Samaritan’s is about
shining on the youth’s path and investing in their future goals.

For all this we at Belhar Primary School
appreciate Samaritan’s Feet
and all the good they do.
Continue as this team makes many dreams work.
